Our martial arts offer also offers many opportunities for women and covers many partly very different needs of female participants.

Why martial arts are a real sports alternative for women: martial arts challenge skills such as agility, coordination, functional strength and endurance and boost self-confidence. Martial arts training helps reduce calories and stress, and is also great fun.

Fears of too much physical contact and brutality in training are mostly unfounded. Unless you suddenly find yourself in a group of full-contact sports athletes or in one of the few anti-social training groups, you don’t need to worry about it.
